Lone Star Chemical offers a variety of high quality prime and recycled Nylon resin. We offer recycled nylon 6 and Nylon 66 that can be modified to meet the unique needs of individual customers.  Our recycled nylon resins are made primarily out of carpet scrap.  The scrap is retrieved from landfills and manufacturing plants where the nylon scrap is separated and prepped to be recycled.  The nylon is then modified if needed and extruded into a pellet.  The recycled nylon resin is then used in a multitude of application:  Automotive, lawn equipment, construction and electronics.

Lone Star Chemical purchases nylon regrind, scrap and parts to be recycled.
